Robyn's Fetish Challenge # 166 : "At The Beach"

What a perfect title for this week challenge at Robyn's Fetish Challenge...... It is sunny and hot (for once.....Lol!!!) here in france. Ok, not as hot as what the Californian are having, but still very good compare to what we had since now.
It is Sunday and some of you might be "At the Beach", wether I am going to work..... Anyway, it's time for a new challenge, and this week we are sponsored by Oak pond Creations, and the winner of this week challenge will be able to choose 3 digital stamps from the store.

Today, I have, for a change.....Big smile here..... have decided to make a CAS card.

I have coloured my Digi with my Spectrum Noir in the following shades : 35/33/37 and 38. I have then cut it, and used 3D glue to put it on my card.

For the backround paper, I have used some blue scrapbooking paper I bought ages ago. I have cut it my some shaped cissors, and for the other paper, it is a sand colored one, also from my craft box.

I have finished my card by adding a gold sticker.

That's it for me, going to work while you........KEEP CALM AND CRAFT ON.

Robyn's Fetish Challenge # 165 : recipe challenge

Good afternoon,

It's a weird day here..... Sunny, raining and pretty cold, so staying in and not doing a lot.....lol!!!!!

It's Sunday and we have a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish Challenge. This week we are sponsored by Digi Stamps Character, and the winner will be able to choose 3 images from any of the 2 stores.

For this week challenge, we have a recipe for you.

It is : Pink, Border, Scallops and Bow.

I have printed the digi twice and cut one of them around the bubbles, which I have sprayed with my "Spray and Sparkle : Multicolor". I have then coloured my digi with my Spectrum Noirs in the following shades : 8/137/86/CG1 and CG3, as well as some Gelly Roll Pens.

I have cut the image square and put it on a piece of gray paper that I have cut with my Spellbinders "Scalloped circle". I have used a pink card, and have used my Spellbinders "Classic Triple Scallops" to do my border.

I finish my card with a pink organza bow that I have put on the plain grey paper.

I will enter my card in the following challenges:
One Stitch At A Time : Not Square
Inky Impressions Challenge : Anything Goes.

That's all for today. have a nice Sunday and......KEEP CALM AND CRAFT ON!!!!

1st attempt with my new Clarity Stamp

Second post today......

I am part of the Clarity Stamp's Club, and yesterday I received my monthly stamp. Just GORGEOUS!!!!! And as it is one of my best friends wedding anniversary today, I made a card for them.

I have stamped my birds with my "Archival Ink", jet Black and coloured them with my Le Plume II in the following shades : 68/22/62/70/41/67/66 and 30, as well as with my Spectrum Noir in 35 and EB2.

I hope you can see it well, but I made my own backround. I have stamped the birds with some clear ink, and embossed them with Clear embossing powder. I than used my Speedball and my splodge mat with some Marvy Blending Blox in "shades of Caribbean". I put the backround on a darker green piece of paper.

I cut my stamp with my Spellbinder, and 3D glued it on the backround.
For the sentiment, I have used my Letter box, and some Adirondack "Wild Plum" to match a bit the colours of the birds. For the letters, I use my Archival "Jet Black" again.
And the little "swirl" on the top, is just a piece of the green card I have used for the backround. It was not straight, so I cut a bit..... It swirls naturally, and I have decided to use it to finish the card.

I will enter my card in the following challenges :
Clarity Stamp Challenge : Mr & Mrs
Wags'n Whiskers stamps : Wedding/Anniversary/Love
Aud Sentiments Challenge : Anything Goes

That's it for me tonight. KEEP CALM AND CRAFT ON!!!!
