Good afternoon to all,

Distressing !

Hello to all,

Can you believe that we are already the 1st July, which means that half of the year has already gone.... And the weather is not really like summer....!!! All my daughter's exams are finished, we are just waiting for the results; And she is for a few days on holidays with her dad.

We are Sunday, and it's time for a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish Challenge and this week we are sponsored by Delicious Doodles. The price for the winner is 4 digital stamps of the winner's choice from the Delicious Doodles Shop; This week we wish to see some "distressed" card.
I is my first attempt at Distressing, and I have been very pleased to find link and tutorial at Robyn's Fetish Blog. I have distressed my backing paper, and for that I have used Tim Holtz Distressing ink in two differents colours (and of course, I can remember which one.....Smiling here!!!!) I than used an stamp on the top to remind the sea (more or less!!!!) and sponge it a last time with my distressing ink.

My stamp has been coloured with my Spectrums Noirs, and cut with my Spellbinders. I reserve my card for a friend of mine who has her birthday at the end of the month, and who absolutely adores seahorses.
I haven't put any sentiment for the moment, but will have a look at our "ex DT" Hannelie blog, as she is creating stunning sentiments. Don't hesitate to pop in her blog, you will be amazed.

I will enter my card in the following challenges :
TotallyPaperCrafts : Use a digi image on your creation
Lili's Little Fairies : Little distress
One Stitch at A Time : Use a digi
Creatives Inspirations : Anything goes

No Flowers added

Good afternoon to all of you,

Will be lying on the beach, in the sun when it's time to post for this week challenge at Robyn's Fetish, This week for are going without ANY flowers at all on our creations. We have another great sponsor, Digi Darla's digital stamps and the winner will receive a month Super Sister Membership at the Digi Darla's digital stamp Club.

I have coloured my stamp with my Spectrum noirs and my Sakura pens,  and have cut it with my Spellbinder. For my backing papers I have used papers I have in my craft box. To be honest with you, they are scrapbooking papers, and I just love them. I add some border sticker to separate the 2 papers.

For the sentiment, I have used one I have since ages, that I get from a great blog, TLC. I just find it perfect with the stamp.... (Big smiles here!!)

I hope you'll like it as much as I have enjoyed making it....

Anything Goes

Hello to all,

We are Saturday afternoon and I am pre-posting for the new challenge at Robyn's Fetish as I have to go back to Mathilde tomorrow and won't have my computer. She is having her A level first exam on Monday morning so.....I have to be a "good" mum and feed her...Big smiles!!!

Anyway it's time for a new challenge and this week it's an easy one..... "Anything goes" this week, and the sponsor is the wonderful Robyn. The winner will be able to choose 3 digital stamps from Robyn's shop

I have used "Blissfullange" and have coloured it with my Spectrum Noir. I have glued it on some paper I had from TLC since ages, and that I have printed on some photo paper.
Here is a bit of detail of the card. I have used some glitter to put on the wings. I have used my card for "deepest sentiment" as I find that Angel perfect for that occasion. The sentiment is in French.

Add some Lace

Hello to you,

I will be at an "craft" exhibition all afternoon, so I am writing that post now, to be sure it's post on time..... We are Sunday, and it's rainy and miserable here today. We are in June and I have the impression we are end of September.....

Anyway, being Sunday means that it's time for a new challenge at IDIC, and this week we wish to see some lace on your card.
We are sponsored by A Day For Daisies, and the lucky winner will receive a $12 card gift to be used on A Day for Daisies store.

The picture I have used is called "Banana Fairy", and I have coloured it with my Spectrum NOir. I have cut it with my Spellbinders, and put it on a scrap paper I have in my craft box, which I have cut with the same Die from Spellbinder, but bigger shape.
I have put it on a piece of green lace I had. It is a piece of material lace that a friend of mine used to offer me a Xmas present last year, and I loved it so much, that I have kept it, knowing that it will be usefull one day....Smile!!!
I finish my card with a black sticker sentiment, that I have put on the "back side" of the scrap paper I have used under the stamp, which I have cut (again....) with the same Die, but this time in a smaller shape.

I really enjoyed making this card, and I hope you will come and have a look at it....And leave comments to let me know what you think about it.
Have a nice week, and keep crafting.

Therapy !!!!!

Hi everyboby,

I didn't want to talk about it, but am off work since 2 weeks now, and just been put off for another 2 weeks. I have a bit of issue with my back and my doctor wants some other tests and exams. She also find me very depressed so..... Instead of eating chocolate, I have been and craft for a while, to try to cheer me up.... Here is one of the card I have made today.

I have used "Fashionista" from Kenny K's store, and have coloured her with my Spectrum Noir. I have than used my Spellbinder's Die to cut, and glued it on a piece of scrapbooking paper. I add a cream rubbon, that I bought at the NEC last year, and glued some pearls from my craft box on it. I have put 3 other pearls in the top left corner. Here is a detail of the colouring I have made.

I have finished my card with some sentiment, I have found at Hannelie's blog, one of my friend DT from IDIC. And now detail from the sentiment.

I will enter my card in the following challenges :
Kenny K : Pearls !
Totally Gorjuss : It's a sketch !

I should admit that it has been quite therapeutic for me.....so instead of taking pills, I will have to craft more....Lol!!!

No Square or rectangle card

Good afternoon to all of you,

Sorry am a bit late but I am waching the "Queen Jubilee" on French Tv, and it's mother's day here in France, so spent time with my mum and my daughter. It's Sunday also, so it means it's time for a new challenge at IDIC, and this week we wish to see any shaped card EXCEPT Square or rectangle card.
We are sponsored by The Paper Shelter and the price for the winner is a $20 gift certificate from the store.

I have "played" with "Cute Bavarian" that I have coloured with my Spectrum Noir in the following shades:
35/37/100/104/120/43/11/45/CG9/FS2/FS3 and CG1.

I have used my Spellbindersto cut my card, and have made it as an Easel card. I have used the same shape to cut the digi, and a smaller shape for the sentiment. I have finished my card with 2 buttons.

That's it for me for today. Have a nice end of sunday, and keep crafting.
