Monochromatic

Happy Sunday to all,

This week was my birthday and my wonderful Hubby took me for a few days in the sun of the South of France, it was just perfect. We are now back home, with still a lot of sun.....But no sea....Lol!!!

Tomorrow we are having a small party with friends and I just stopped preparing everytthing for a few minutes, to "jump" on here to let you know it's time for a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish Challenge. This week we are sponsored by The Stamping Boutique, and the winner will be able to choose 3 digis from the shop.

This week, it's one of my favourite challenge....Monochromatic..... And of course, I HAD to use "black" for my card.

I had the "help" of my friend Karen, who is a very talented crafter, and who is kind enough to leave us some tutorial on her blog. Thanks Karen!!!! Anyway, her tutorial was a few months ago (I think, as it took me forever to find it again...Smiling here...) when she did her first colouring in "Black". I don't have any Copics, but I have used my Spectrum Noirs in the following shades : WG 0,5- 1-3-5 and 7, as you can see not 1 bit of Black....

 Here is a "detail" of the digi. I have to be honest with you....I am quite proud of me....Lol!!!!
I have cut 3 circles in 3 differents papers, using my Spellbinders and my Grand Calibur, and have finished my card with a Happy birthday sentiment and some black and silver button.

And another week which has flown away..... Good afternoon to all,

And yes, it's Sunday....Again.... And therefore it's time for a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish and this time we wish to see "Tag". we are sponsored by Fred, She Said and the price for the winner will be a $10 voucher to the FRED, SHE SAID STORE.

I have coloured "Petunias and Hummingbird" with my Spectrum Noir in the following shades: GB4/GB3/163/43/82/HB1/146, and I have also used my Shakura "Stardust", "Miracle moonlight" and "Soufflé". I have cut it with my Spellbinder, as well as the "under" tag, just in a different shape. I had a bit of glitter.....We never have enough, do we????

For my ribbon I have used some I bought a few years ago, but don't ask me from where.....Lol!!!. I just know that it is a "Laura Ashley" ribbon.

Summer Fun !

Grey summer day again here.... And already end of July. Where is time going??

Anyway, it's Sunday again, which means it's time for a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish , and our sponsor this week is.... (drum roll....) Robyn herself ! and the prize for the winner is a choice of 3 Digi stamps from Robyn's Fetish Shop.

I have used "S.S Hoppity" for my card.

I have coloured my stamp with my Spectrum Noir in the following shade :42/A75/38/37/100/104/WG1/WG3/3/183/68 and 64.
I have than cut it with my Spellbinders. I have used a Kraft Card as the base, and find 4 different papers from my craft box....It's a bit of a lie here !!!!!! It's really 2 papers used both ways....Lol!!! They are scrapbook papers, that I bought ages ago. I used some pinflair glue. I finish my card by addind a french sentiment, which means "Happy Birthday".

Guest Designer Spot

Hi,

We have been proposed to do a Guest Designer Spot at  card crafters circle which is sponsored by Robyn's Fetish.  We have to make a CAS card, for people like me who doesn't know.....It means CLEAN AND SIMPLE.....!!!!
I is my first attempt, and I am quite proud of what I have done.

I have used "primitive Birdhouse" from Robyn's Fetish that I have coloured with my Spectrum Noir. I have cut two pieces of green paper I had in my craft box, and glue put my image. I have used a cream based card. I have finished my card with 3 buttons in green and pink, to remember the colours I have used on the stamp and a sentiment I got at TLC (it means "it's a special day").

What a gorgeous sunday we are having her in France, sunny and warm....That's a change...!!! Just had a swim with the kids, was just perfect.
Sunday also means it's time for a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish Challenge and this week we are sponsored by Gingerloft, and the price for the winer will be a choice of 3 digital stamps from their shop. This week we wish to see you using Kraft card stock on your project. (tell you the one who has chosen the name for that paper/card, was only thinking of us.....Crafters....Lol!!!!)

I have used "Whisperingtrees", that I have cut with my Spellbinder. I than find a scrapbooking paper that I have in my craft box, and glue the stamp with some "Pinflair" glue. I finish my card with a creamy rubbon on which you have flowers.

DT Call

Good evening to all,

I have decided to enter a new DT call, as I really enjoy doing it with the stunning "company" am with, and I really love the Paper Shelter digis.

A few days ago, I just bought me a few new stamps and find out that they are having a DT call, so.....I had to enter it....Lol!!!!

I have used "circus" that I have coloured with my Spectrum Noir as well as Sakura pens. I made an easel card, and used some purple button to "open" it. I put my stamp, that I have cut with my Spellbinders on a piece of blue star paper.

Here is a detail of th cute little "circus" lady.

And that's it for tonight. Hope you like it as much as I have enjoyed making it.

Xmas in July !!!

It's the 1st Sunday in July that it doesn't looks like Autumn or....Winter....Lol!!!! Anyway, whith the sun shinning outside and the temperatures being more like summer time....It's time for "Christmas in July" at Robyn's Fetish. Our sponsor this week is Limited Runs, and the price for the winner is 3 digis from your choice in their shop.

I have made a round card, for a change. I have used some silver card I bought at the NEC last year, and have kept my stamp in a square shape. I have coloured that little "catching a snowflake" with my Spectrum Noir, in the following shades: 35/45/100/69/183/IB1/FS2 and FS3. For the hat and the bottom of the coat, I have used some glitter glue. I have used the same for the snowflakes.
