Robyn's Fetish Challenge # 322 : Butterflies

Good morning,

We finally got sun here in France and as I still have trouble in the shop with newspapers' delivery, am enjoying a nice chill out.

Here is the card I have created

I have coloured the butterfly with my Spectrum aqua. For the backround, I have used a piece of square parchment paper and Flourish Frame Groovi Plate from Clarity stamp

I have coloured the parchment flourish frame with my Spectrum noir, have cut the butterfly totally and have glued it with 3D glue.

I have used a punch to cut the corners and here you are.....

I have coloured the little girl with my Spectrum Aqua. I have cut it square

For the backround I have used a piece of scrapbooking paper on a light yellow card. I haven't put any sentiment for the moment, as I am not sure what I want to use it for.

Sorry for being late but not working this morning as I have trouble with the french press therefore I have slept a bit longer..... And it does you good.....

I have used "I love my swing" and made a girl birthday card.

 I have coloured that little cutty with my Spectrum noir and the little hearts with sakura pen.

For the backround I have used some gelly plate artwork and used a light orange card.

I have finished my card with a French glittery sentiment which means "Happy birthday".

Robyn's Fetish Challenge # 318 : Easel Card

Good morning,

A bit late this morning, but just been back from a week in Baléares and had to deal with a huge big delivery in the shop as they haven't considered my holidays...... French bureaucratie......

Anyway, it is mother's day here in France and I will spend a lovely cold and rainy day.....with my daughter. It is also time for a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish Challenge and this week we are sponsored by The Paper Shelter .

I have used "Monster Pet Shop" for my easel card.

I have coloured the digi with my Spectrum noir and add a black piece of card under it. I also used some grey washi.

For the opening of the easel, I have used the same piece of black card and add in the middle of it a piece of bright yellow washi.

I have trouble with my camera and can not download the image of the card open. I apologise for the inconvenient.

I keep trying to download it and will be very happy to add it to my post asap.

This week, I have chosen "Peppermint" for the challenge, and I have made 2 projects.....

A friend of mine asked me a while ago for a few easy and quick recipes, so I have decided to customise a notebook, where I will write a few recipes for her. "Aperitif", starter, main and pudding, and than she can add her own ones.

I have also made a card to go with it, when I offer it to her.

 As you guessed my favourite colours are BLACK and BLUE. I have coloured the "peppermint" with my Spectrum Noir in Kingfisher, Aquamarine and of course....Black.
I have printed the "Peppermint in 2 different size. The smaller one for the customised notebook and the bigger one for my card.

I have made an "open card". I used some black and silver natural paper for the aperture and add some light blue paper to put the "Peppermint". I haven't put any sentiment as it is for my friend. I might just had "Surprise!" on it.

I have coloured the different digis with my Spectrum noir and have than cut them square.

I have decided to cut the cake in a round shape and have used 2 of the digis to "hold" the French sentiment which means "Happy birthday".

For the backround, I have used one I made a few weeks ago with a stencil and some ink. I really like it because it is bright and full of colours.
