Robyn's Fetish Challenge # 227 : Use a Digi

Good morning,

Lovely sunny Sunday agin here in France. It's time for a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish Challenge, and this week we are sponsored by The Paper Shelter. The price for the winner will be a $20 gift certificate to The Paper Shelter Shop.

I have chosen "Sophie in the Country" to make my card.

For the sentiment I have used a French one, which means "Happy Birthday". I have stamped it on a tag that I have glued at the top of my card, and add a stoned heart to finish it.

I have coloured my digi with my Promarkers in : Blossom, Tan, Shale, Pastel Blue, Vanilla, Pastel Pink, Cocktail pink, Blush and Pear green. I have also used some Gelly Roll and some Spectrum Noir.

I have used my Spellbinders "Postage Stamp" to cut the digi. I have 3D glued it, and have used "florish" embossing board for my backing paper.

Have a great week and come and join us to the fun.

Robyn's Fetish Challenge # 226 : Card for Men.

Good morning,

Lazy morning today, that's why I am a bit "late" to post..... We are Sunday and it's time for a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish Challenge. We are sponsored by Oak Pond Créations, and the winner will be able to choose 3 digital stamps from the store.

When I saw the digis we were able to "play" with, I sort of "fall in love" with ROOSTER...... I immediately had someone in mind for a card. And that person is my daughter's father..... So here the card I made and I will explain you why in a bit.

I have coloured it with my Spectrum Noir in the following shades : 35, 14, 12, 0, 104, 109, 72, 69, 33, 45 and 178. I have cut it with my Spellbinders "Grand scalloped square", and made the card with the same shape, except bigger.

For the sentiment I have used my Clarity stamp "Wheelie Grunge Alphabet Stencil", and you can find it here. I have used Adirondack Ink "Meadow" and a make up sponge to do the letters. For the card itself, I have used Adirondack Ink "Juniper" and a Brush (you can find them here)

The sentiment is a "joke" for my daughter's dad. My mum used to always told him that he was very fit and that he was the cockeral, so he replied her "it's normal that am fir than as A COCKERAL IS NEVER FAT" and that is what I have written on the card.
I have finished it by adding a French sentiment which means Happy Birthday.

Have a nice Sunday .

Robyn's Fetish Challenge # 223 "Square or Rectangle Crad - Your Choice"

Good afternoon,

Sorry am a bit late for this week challenge at Robyn's Fetish Challenge. This week we wish to see "Square or Rectangle Card -Your Choice" and our sponsor is Robyn's Fetish Herself, and the winner will be able to choose 3 images from her store. And you have some gorgeous images.

I have chosen "Granny Boots" and have been inspired by a card I saw a few weeks ago on the blog of a lady who was participating to our challenge....

Here is what I have created.

Here is the card open. I have cut a piece of "Core'dinations" in pink and have glued it inside the card itself (If I can say so). I have put a piece of pink ribbon on the side.

And here is the card "shut". The paper from the card itself is from Create with TLC, I thought it was perfect with the "Granny Boots". I add 2 buttons on the top left, so the card can be shut nicely.

I have put a French sentiment which means "Happy Birthday".

And for the colouring, I have used my Promarkers in Cool Grey 4 and 2, as well as my Gelly Roll 421.

I like that shape and I think I will use it again.
Have a nice Sunday and come and join us in the fun.
