CDAC

A few weeks ago, I got some Freebies to use and enter the CDAC Progressive Challenge. Am not sure I understood it right....I have used 3 freebies and created the following cards.

I have coloured them with my new Spectrum and have cut them with my GC.

It's late and am getting short of word....so...Will have to leave it like this for tonight.

SEXY

Hello again !!!!

I know, it's a weird title....(smile) but didn't know how to name it.... i made the following card this afternoon, with the sun on me. It's been a wondeful day, a bit too cold for me, but nice enough to be in my office with the door wild open.

I have used  "Carmen Electrafying" from Kenny K , which has been coloured with my Promarkers. I have used flowers from one of my craft box, and the papers from different sets I have. The ribbon is one of those I bought at the NEC at the beginning of the year.

I enter the card in the following challenges :
kennyk krafty girlz challenges : Recipe - Challenge 58
Totally Gorjuss : As you like

Hope you like it.

Time flies......

Evening to all of you,

Just a week left and it will be time to go back to school here in France. May be my mojo will also find it's way back...Lol!!!

It tooks me 3 hours to make 2 "poor" cards...!!! Mathilde was at Saumur to have lessons for her driving test, so was on my own for a few hours. I went on a few blogs to try to be inspired, but.....Not a lot of success.

Anyway, I manage to make the following card.
I used a purple card, which I found in my box. I have cut a TLC vintage image with my GC. I have coloured it with my Promarkers, and the dress with some Chalks.

I have taken some glitter card, and add some felt ribbon before I have glued the topper on it. To finish the card, I put some flowers on the side. I haven't put any sentiment, as I have no idea what to use it for.

I will enter this card on the following challenges :

Creative Inspirations Challenge : Set 3 Vintage, Ribbon, Flowers.
And it is, unfortunately,  their last challenge
Scrappy Frogs : Time for Bling
Pollycraft : Use Felt
Digi Doodles : Anything goes

Have a nice evening, and remember I love reading your comments.

Sunday at home

Hello everybody,

A very warm sunday here, waiting for storm to be honest...Lol!!!

Have spent my day in my house today with Mathilde, first time since a while...Her boyfriend was playing football...And mine was watching it on tv....What a life for us two...Lol!!! so we had a bit of unpriced Mum & Daughter's moment. We finally had time to talk a bit and pick up what we have both missed since 2 months.

We also make a few cards.

Here is one, I have begun a few days ago. I have used a picture from Paulette, the wonderful "owner" of TLC. I have printed it on a glossy photo paper, then glue it on matching blue paper from Crafters Companion.  I made an edge using my "Parisian Accents" from Spellbinders.

For the interior, I have cut 2 layers of papers with my "Label Four"  from Spellbinders, again...Lol!!! For the 1st layer I have used some paper from Paulette, TLC (just in case you couldn't remember...Wink!!!). It is a paper called Paris with some Eiffel Tower on it.  You will find it in different colours, but I wish to try to stay in the same colour scheme so... print the "bluish"one in glossy photo paper again. I put 2 brads on the side and then finishes the card with the other layer in glossy cream paper.

I  adore that card, and have (stupidly....!!!) shown it to my friend....And she "steal" it....Am so pleased it went so easily. Her nephew is a car racing young man, and it's his birthday tomorrow, so of course when she saw the card she couldn't resist. I hope he will like it, as much as I have liked creating it.

It's always easy to creat great cards when you have so nice picture or papers in "store".

We made a few others but I forget to take picture....So will have to come back again.

Hugs to all of you xx

Back to life !!!!

Hello everybody,

I haven't done a lot of crafting since a while. Why? Don't really know. It might be weird to some of you, but even if she is bording all year long, I think I miss seeing my daughter. Therefore I have no mojo at all....But it's my mother's birthday in a few days, and my bosses's son is getting married and they are leaving France in 4 days, so had to put my mojo cap on....

Also, I haven't manage to resist using my new Spectrum.... So here are a few cards I have made in the past few days.

I made this one for my Mum's birthday, but she phones me on Monday and cried on phone as she miss us too much. So I haven't resist and sent it to her now. Hopefully I didn't put any sentiment on it....Lol!!! And now I have to create her a new one....To make the card, I have used the vintage digi of "be the Rose" set from TLC, wich I have cut with my GC Nestability. I have put a border using my "Parisian accent" from Spellbinders, and so I can write on it, did the "negative" colours. To finish the card I have put a few roses I have found in a "discount shop" here (sort of £1 shop)

One of my bosses' son is getting married in about a month. He is a very nice lad and always been treating me nicely and not like his "slave", and his future wife is from Dave's area and has, also, been very nice with me everytime I have seen her. So, I have decided to make them a card and bought them a little something.

I have made a card in their wedding suit colours. For the outside, I have used a Kenny K digi stamp and I have coloured it with my new Spectrum pens. I have cut the stamp and the under card with my GC Nestabilities. I have then finished the card with some ribbon, I have bought at the NEC last year from Fantastic Ribbons, and add 3 purple buttons. For the inside, I have used my "Heart Circles" Nestabilities Dies from Spellbinders and the sentiment is from TLC  "Be is for Bride.
I have decided to enter this card in the following challenge: cute card thursday , which is "wedding"

The last card I made is a "small" card, only 10X10cm². I have used "Vintage Ornate Add ons" from TLC. I have coloured it with my Spectrum and used some scrapbooking papers, in the sort of same colour than the spectrum pens i have used, to put under the stamp. Everything has been cut in the same shape with my GC. I haven't put any sentiment as I have no clue
for which occasion it is.

That's all the cards I have made for the moment. I have one which is began  for a friend and I have to finish it for Saturday...So will be back soon...Lol!!!!
