Hello to all,
Can you believe that we are already the 1st July, which means that half of the year has already gone.... And the weather is not really like summer....!!! All my daughter's exams are finished, we are just waiting for the results; And she is for a few days on holidays with her dad.
We are Sunday, and it's time for a new challenge at Robyn's Fetish Challenge and this week we are sponsored by Delicious Doodles. The price for the winner is 4 digital stamps of the winner's choice from the Delicious Doodles Shop; This week we wish to see some "distressed" card.
I is my first attempt at Distressing, and I have been very pleased to find link and tutorial at Robyn's Fetish Blog. I have distressed my backing paper, and for that I have used Tim Holtz Distressing ink in two differents colours (and of course, I can remember which one.....Smiling here!!!!) I than used an stamp on the top to remind the sea (more or less!!!!) and sponge it a last time with my distressing ink.
My stamp has been coloured with my Spectrums Noirs, and cut with my Spellbinders. I reserve my card for a friend of mine who has her birthday at the end of the month, and who absolutely adores seahorses.
I haven't put any sentiment for the moment, but will have a look at our "ex DT" Hannelie blog, as she is creating stunning sentiments. Don't hesitate to pop in her blog, you will be amazed.
I will enter my card in the following challenges :
TotallyPaperCrafts : Use a digi image on your creation
Lili's Little Fairies : Little distress
One Stitch at A Time : Use a digi
Creatives Inspirations : Anything goes
This is so cute and very classy at the same time. Thank you so much for joining us this week at Totally Papercrafts and good luck.
