Orange

Hello, Me again....

You might not believe this, but one of the colour I dislike most is.....Orange.....Lol!!!!You will all wonder "Why???? has she decided to make a car with this colour?".....That was the question I asked myself. And finally....I had great fun making the following card.

I have cut my card (by hand...again as still dont have any Die Cut machine) using a shape I found well hidden in all my craft bits. I have then cut in smaller pieces some scrap paper I bought a while ago. After I was puzzled. What kind of digi could I use????And the only one for me was "All that" from Kenny K. I have used Sakura pens for her hat and Promarkers for her clothes, shoes and hair.

I Have decided to enter my cards in the two following challenges:

DYSU : Orange
Card Makin Mamas : Use your Scraps

And you know what? I think "orange" is growing in me.....Lol!!!

Been a good girl......

I have been very busy today, as Dave had to stay home waiting for deliveries, I have decided to go back to mine and "work" a bit. It was lovely in my office, the door was open and the sun was shining and warming me while was crafting.

I have done a few cards for friends and the shop where I now, finally....sell some. I have been inspired by some blogs so I decide to enter a few challenges.

The first card I made been inspired by the work of an artist I discover in  Free Digital stamps. Her name is  May Brit, and she draw cute Bears. I absolutely adore her work, and every time am pleased to colour and use her digi.
I have used some paper and a hedge cutter I bought ages ago. I have coloured this little cutty with some promarkers and Sakura pens. And I have decided to enter this card in the following challenges:

Creative Inspirations : Cute Bears/Animals Only
Polly Craft : Be my Teddy Bear
Scrappy Frogs Challenge : Happy B-day

Have a lovely day, it's again very sunny and warm  here

Sorry....!!!!!

May be you find that funny that the title is "sorry!", but have to do so....I just create this card for my friend Mo, who has her birthday a few days ago, and hope she will not mind me putting the card in a challenge.

I have decided to enter the card in Kenny K, which is "Let's Go Retro". I have used one of the Kenny's K digi, from the Retro collection, "Showgirl" and have coloured it with my Promarkers. I have used the tutorial from Live Crafting at  Crafters companion, with a paper my daughter offered me ages ago.

I will also enter this card in

Sentimental Sunday : Anything goes
Come and get it  : Birthday
creative cowgirls challenge : Anything goes
Scrappy Frogs Challenge : Anything goes

Holidays at home

Morning to all of you.

I have a few days of as I have been working for Easter week-end, and I spending them home with my daughter
athilde. Of course as every teenagers, she has a few plans with friends and a few parties....But most of the week is just for us two.

Yesterday afternoon, she was out with friends so I manage to make 2 cards.

First one has been made using some paper I found in my "magic" box....Every time I look in it, I find a new paper I have totally forgotten about....And I have used a Digi stamps from TLC that I have coloured with my Promarkers. I haven't put any sentiment as yet, as I don't know what sort of occasion I will use it for.
I have used an "old" tutorial of Live crafting from crafters companion  that Ellen has shown us a few month ago.

For the other one, I have again used a Live crafting tutorial. I have used it with some paper from TLC, and the digi stamp from May Brit, which again I have coloured with Promarkers. I used a "Happy Birthday" sentiment, but I showed it to a friend last night, she said I should used this pattern for Mother's day....What a good idea.

Here we are, that's it for today. I will enjoy the lovely sunshine and go for a lovely lunch in Saumur.

Krafty Karen's challenge

As you all know, Karen has reach 100 followers on her blog and has decided to celebrate by doing a challenge.

I am proud to be one of her follower and therefore have decided to participate to the challenge. The challenge is Be inspired by your most Favourite Creation. I have decided to use the card I made for Valentin this year.
I am very proud of that card. It is the first card, I made without any help. I saw a card similar on one of the girls from Crafters companion, and have decided to try one. BUT I don't have any Die Cut machine so have made it with "The Glitter Girls" board.

Karen, ask us to create a new card, so I have done this one.

I have used the same old way...Hand cutting....Lol!!!

For the image, I have used one of the TLC Digi Stamp, from the serie "be the....". As it is spring, I have decided to use "be the Sun". I have coloured the sun with
Promarker  "Pastel Yellow"
Sakura Permopaque Fine Point "Yellow" and
Chalks Bright "Yellow" and "Orange".

I have printed the sentence on a yellow paper, to remember the Sun.

I had as much fun, as I had when I made the first one....But will still be over the moon when I can buy a Die Cut machine....Lol....

Cards made with Live crafting idea

Good evening to all of you.

I made a few cards, this afternoon and in the past days, but have been so busy....That I never find time to post it. As I made a few more today, I have decided to post them all here tonight.
Those two are cards, I made for two friend who have their birthday. The man's one is for a hunter friend which birthday was today. And the one with the Mouse, is for my friend's birthday on Tuesday.

I have used the idea of last wednesday Live crafting on Crafters Companions, which I really enjoy. I made the one for the man with a car as we offer him a day where he will be able to drive a Ferrarri and a porsche. The other one, just because I find it cute and my friend, even if she is an "old" woman, has got a good sense of humour. Bet she will love it.

Here are the two Live crafting I made.
This one is the "original" version I made on wednesday night.

And here is the Live crafting from 23rd March, that I forget to post....
And to finish with the few cards I made, here are a few birthday cards, just "in case" and a card I made to try my swalk and my new Promarkers I bought at the NEC.

That's all for tonight. Hope you'll like them as much as I have enjoyed making them...
